I have been a patient for 10 years. The past 5 years they have completely ghosted me. I have asked them not to put my supplies through insurance because it costs more. They did and I never received a bill. I called to get more supplies and they would not give them to me because they said they turned my bill over to collections. 10 years and I have NEVER not payed them. I don’t get a bill and they turn me to collections and refuse to sell me supplies. That was over a year ago and I have never received notifications from a debt collector. Trust me, if need need a sleep study, Cpap or supplies… You don’t want to use this place!! They never call you back but always are on time to bill insurance.. Horrible customer support and absolutely no dedication to the customer….

This place is honestly a joke. No one will call you back and you can never get ahold of any of the employees. I’ve been needing my results for the past week and NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ANYTHING. Even my primary Dr is actively reaching out to get answers for me. Don’t go here, avoid them at all costs.
