A respiratory therapist named Gwen helped me and answered my questions. She was patient and she showed me how to properly put the mask on and take it off and care for it! Thanks Gwen!

Due to miscommunication between the Doctor's office and Apria I didn't get fast communication. They did respond but I didn't receive messages until days later again not Apria's fault. But once communication was established they had someone out the next day early and the gentleman who showed was friendly, explained everything clearly and quickly. He was accommodating as I was also informed just as he arrived of my mother's death and he was patient waiting for me to finish call with my sibling. So, if he's representative of the professionalism of the staff then I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of durable medical equipment.
