They owe me $120 and refuses to refund me. They have hung up on me several times. They claim they are no longer affiliated with Visionquest yet you see it on this page and in there message announcement that they are "...the same people you've come to know and trust" Horse hockey! Dr Wesley Herman, do the right thing and refund my much needed money. I have EOBs showing I had no patient responsibility, my insurance paid you at 100% of your contracted fee which I can gladly provide for you even though you already have them.
