Carrington homes has been building/remodeling my homes since 2010. It started with an extensive renovation project and then into new-build construction projects. My family (with young kids) lived in our home during the reno & the level of professionalism and respect was all that you would hope for. When I sold the latest home it blew the market narrative and made me a very respectable return. Most importantly, Carl MacIntyre, as the head of Carrington, quickly established a down-to-earth relationship with us. From beginning to end, he was building the project with our vision as his own. Selected Carrington Homes out of 11 premier builders authorized to build within Holliday Farms, Zionsville, IN. Reasons are many. Carl McIntyre came across as an experienced and knowledgable builder totally focused on his customers. We were not disappointed. Carrington has its own in-house architect, which made the design/build process seamless. The architect was superb and transformed our rough design ideas into reality with ease. Carl assembled a team to guide us through our project from start to finish.
