The Friday before Labor Day weekend our submersible pump quit. I called Jackson Well Drilling & Pump service and the call was answered promptly. After giving some details to the office, they reached their crew, and I was called back within 30 minutes. They had just finished a previous job and let me know they would fit us in next. When they arrived and assessed the situation, they had an exact replacement on their truck. From the initial call to Jackson’s office until the guys pulled out of our drive, we had a new pump installed & we’re back in service in under 3 hours! Very professional and polite. I wish I could be this pleased with all companies.
Absolutely unbelievable, fast service and extremely friendly people. I would recommend this company to anybody, for all the services that they provide. I called them and did not even expect same-day service. But, they went out of their way, To make it a point to help us and came out late in the evening to take care of us. Because, my children and I were trying so hard to get our pool clean and filled with water in the scorching heat. Our family is so happy, grateful and thankful for the service provided. Jeff replaced a 65 year old well and relocated the well pressure tank from the crawl space to the garage. This is a 3rd generation family business who are experts in their field. They were honest, courteous, upfront on price, and very reasonably priced. They did more than required, with relocating the well pressure tank and capping the old well. I very highly recommend.
