I called Blake to get price estimates and talked with them about a head stone for my grandpa, without hesitation he referred me to Desiree and I walked in and Desiree do not hesitate she already had what Blake and I talked about and we came up with an amazing headstone for my grandfather, I’m overly joyed with the respect and appreciation for all the people within this company, for future reference I’ll always come back here! Desiree was a pleasure to work with. There were some hurdles to overcome as far as response time from the cemetery, and Desiree was so patient and kind in navigating that. She helped me with the wording and artwork for my parents’ stone, and it is a beautiful tribute. I would recommend her and Thomas Monument to anyone.
