Sonny's Property Solutions LLC

I highly recommend Sonny’s Property Solutions LLC! Cody did an outstanding job digging out the ground for our above-ground pool and helping with the installation. From start to finish, he was professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail. He made sure the area was properly prepared and level, which gave us complete confidence that the pool was installed the right way.

He showed up when he said he would, worked efficiently, and treated our property with care. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants his customers to be happy with the finished project.

If you’re looking for someone reliable, honest, and skilled at outdoor projects, do yourself a favor and call Sonny’s Property Solutions LLC. You won’t be disappointed! We will absolutely be using him again and recommending him to all of our family and friends.

Cody did a great job with a variety of repairs including drywall, painting, trim work, plumbing, and lighting. Pricing was competitive and job was completed timely and to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend for all your handyman needs!

We asked Cody to remove chain link, posts, and footers. In addition, we asked him to remove dumped barbed wire from remote part of our woods. He did an incredible job under difficult conditions, and was very pleasant to work with.
