New to the area. Looking at different vets in an hour radius.
The building is a little run down. Could use some paint outside. And minor upgrades. Desk folks were pleasant enough. But as a rating for good care for your pet, my first experience here was really good. The vet was probably the most honest vet in my 14 year old Goldendoodles life. The vet could have done and charge me SO much more..hundreds. I walked out of there with just a “hold your appointment fee”. I was shocked she was so honest. Thank you!! My dog died on memorial day. I went to Southway to handle some last minute necessities and the receptionist there was amazing! I wanted to apologize to her because I couldn't say much without crying. Well today she came in to my job (unintentionally) recognized me and asked me how I was doing. Such an amazing heart! I am glad she was there when I went in. Thank you. Your kindness meant so much.
Absolutely love this vet office. I have a group (some belong to a friend) of animals I take here. They are professional, kind and you can tell they LOVE their jobs! They are the only Vet I trust with my fur baby's, 2 of them are special needs and they take their time with them and treat them as their own. ❤️
