Lady to check in with is VERY nice! You don't have to use the phone to check in IF she's standing there. If you pull up with your truck to Door 7 to check in, you'll have to make a U-Turn and go around the building. DO NOT go through the first row of cars, go through the second row in between the cars and dirt lot. And you'll have to be careful making the turn so you don't hit somebody's car 😂 I waited at the train tracks for another truck to pull out, and wasn't really bothered. If you take the access road it'll take you right back up to the intersection instead of trying to go back through the employee lot and turning back on to the tiny street. This an excellent example for all other warehouses and production facilities how to do their business! Phone check in, the lady in the shipping was super nice a polite and honestly I would give them 10 ⭐️

Very good company staff are friendly and quick loading in & out less than 30 minutes
I had 2 pick up first PU was Fort Wayne In 11 am
Marion In was my second PU 2PM appointment
I came my second PU I ask them my appointment is 2pm can you guys load me now they said yes I was very happy thank you guys
