Dr Gillum is the greatest! With well over a dozen sinus surgeries that he himself has done on me and all of the other multiple ear and sinus surgeries done by other ENT specialists, I put my money on Dr. Gillum every time. He has been my specialist pretty much since he opened office here through MGH. I even came back here in the summer for surgeries while I lived in FL. He cares about people and has always believed me and cared for my well being. When I first started seeing him he was and probably still is the only plastic surgeon in town. I was seen by Craig Peel, FNP-C and a nurse named Candy for a chronic ear infection. And about a year ago for a thyroid goiter. Both were extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I have learned a lot from Craig about allergies, sinus issues and even my severe GERD. The office is inviting with friendly staff. Plenty of parking, including handicapped. I would definitely recommend this office to others.
