Above all Construction provided us the results we originally contracted for.There were challenges and they worked with us through them, Personnel issues, material availability. They met their contracted responsibility even as they lost profit. they lost profit to meet their responsibility - that is not common. They interfaced with us knowing we didn't want upcharges and wanted to limit Change orders.The customer needs to communicate on mature level and they really work with you - they could have backed out of the contract based on the circumstances, they didn't.Their metal siding crew was great and Louis and his guys and gals are great - minimal clean up required after...read full review
