Steve was wonderful to work with and really went the extra mile to bail me out on a tough cracked screen repair for my laptop. He put in extra time and effort to get me up and running again, and definitely salvaged a relatively new laptop from what would have otherwise been a total loss. Even though he put in extra time on the project above his original cost estimate, he did not charge me any extra and refused offers to compensate for the added time and work. Highly recommend Steve! A top-notch experience. Thanks!
