Contacted Ed through messenger to set up a quote. He was very responsive, we set up a time. Ed was on time for the quote. Eds quote matched up, so we decided to go with him, Boy are we glad we did. Unlike other companies we have dealt with, they answered the phone and gave us a time frame that they would be back with us and they actually called back when they said they would a few days later.
