I am a new customer at the tax factory and will say this, the atmosphere is very professional, my estimate done by Champ at the facility was amazing and easy to understand. If you need taxes done or an estimate this is the place to go!

I been with this agency for several years and been very satisfy. I was going to another agency that supposed be very good but after they kept raising their price so much. I looked around our town and decided to there. The owner seems very nice and helped me how to save on my taxes honesty. To be honesty is very important to me plus her price was more reasonably.

They are very professional and friendly. They don't treat you like you're just a client, they treat you like family, they are your friends and totally looking out for your best interest.
