Geoff is always very helpful and thorough with anything I have going on! Have been going to him for years. He keeps me running (literally) pain free.Elaine in massage is fantastic! If you haven’t had a massage from her yet, give her a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Best chiropractors in town! They are very thorough and holistic — taking into account many different aspects of wellness. They offer cold laser therapy, which really works in reducing pain and inflammation and helping your body’s natural healing process. The focus is on restoring you to health and getting you back to doing things you enjoy and being able to live life without worrying about pain and dysfunction!

Had a 1/2 hour massage - just enough to loosen up tight muscles and then had an adjustment - great results. Dr. Tyler is a great doctor who always finds the tight spots in my back.
