Spoke to a woman who I assume usually takes the phone calls and she went above and beyond what I wouldve expected. Especially after they didn't have the product I needed, she continued to help to the best of her ability even tho she wasn't going to make any money or a new client out of it. The one, house/business call, guy I've dealt with was just as friendly & helpful.

Friendly and respected. My exterminator's name is Alan. He has been here for the initial visit and just today for follow up. Today I was relying on a family member to be up and I ended up being the one up. AND LATE. Despite the fact that I made the poor man late for the whole day he was still very patient with me. Alan is very friendly and super easy to talk to. He doesn't make you feel like an idiot when you have a question. He comes with a couple great stories too. I highly recommend this company and would request Alan. If you have a dog please have a nice one or put your not so nice dog up. Lol. If you want a laugh ask him why about the dogs. Fair prices too.
