Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Starting from the moment we walked in. The car I came in for was out on "vacation" with an employee when I inquired originally. Finally got in to see the vehicle and when we started the deal, the entire sales staff tried to completely low-ball my trade value (by over $5,000). The finance manager tried to tell me that I couldn't get this car at that price anywhere else. I told them what the other dealership was offering and he said "they're just undercutting your car to make a better sale" and then proceeded to do the exact same thing to me. Hello. I bought my car here. Highway Robbery Prices on Oil Change for my Lexus. $90. and some change, allegedly because they don't often service autos that need synthetic oil so they don't get the synthetic in quantity. Local Toyota dealer charged $60. and change, another local auto repair place quoted $80. I couldn't get an appointment with Toyota before I left on vacation. When I complained and told them what Toyota changed, they didn't even offer a small discount for goodwill. I told them I would never be back. I will NEVER darken their threshold again. I recently noticed a oil drip on my garage floor and suspect they didn't tighten something... read full review
