Update, July 1, 2021, VSG/Forward Lift, has provided a remedy to my complaints and as I stated previously that I believe the Forward Lift is a very good lift and now with Customer Support on board I can only say that I highly recommend a Forward Lift and look forward to many years of home garage use of enjoyment.

Don’t ever buy these pieces of junk!!!! I’ve owned one for less than a year and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. The adapter holes are so sloppy that I’m afraid to lift a truck. They won’t warranty them because they said I must be driving over the arms.... seriously??? The lock on the one arm hasn’t worked since day one. They sent a tech out to fix it but still doesn’t lock and now A few teeth are missing. They said that was my fault even though I’ve been telling them and they won’t do anything about it. Don’t ever waste your money on these lifts!!! Go Bendpak!! Never had any issues with their lifts! Very discussed with Forward! They DO NOT Stand behind their product!!!
