“Very happy with my experience, scheduled an appointment for 9:20 AM, couldnt make it on time and had to push it back to 9:50 and they still took us in, and after 5 minutes they cheked our dog and then didnt charge us, not 1 cent, although I don't agree, they should have charged something (they are a business & nobody works for free) I very much appreciate it, they are patient and were very friendly through out the entire thing.“
