Rude walking in the door. Dr was very nice, the lady that helped me pick out glasses was very helpful. The rest of the staff was terrible front desk, and billing are absolutely unapologetically rude. I am going to get my glasses and prescription and cut ties with this establishment. I will no longer spend a dime in here. Sad I will have to drive out of town now…
My daughter had an eye emergency & they were the only ones to accept her as a walk in. Service from the staff has been amazing & very thorough! Very clean building & good selection of glasses. I recommend this place to everyone.
Very disappointed with this establishment. Had to have my glasses made twice (2 pairs) because they couldn’t get my bi-focal’s in the right area and they still are not right where I can see clear. Their attitude was not courteous to this error and every time you walk in you are greeted with a employee that acts like she doesn’t want to be there. Beware that there selection of glasses is not the best if you need nose prongs and not just simple plastic glasses. I will not be returning.
