My thermostat kept crushing. Turning off my heat .Goodmen came out, provided me with a new thermostat and fix the wiring and cleaned out the furnace that another company had installed just four months before. Excellent service
Multiple companies said we had to replace our whole HVAC system after our basement flooded a few months ago. I got in touch with Paul on Wednesday, he and his dad were over to assess the next day and let me know that we absolutely did not need everything replaced. By Tuesday they had the equipment needed and had our AC back up and running for $9,000 LESS than the other companies wanted! I am thrilled that there are still honest people in the industry!
Paul (owner) and his dad showed up when it was 0 degrees outside and installed/replaced/repaired 3 different mini splits. Even helping with some random requests as I continued to pester them while they worked!
I can't imagine it's been an easy couple weeks with the temperature below 10 degrees and they helped prioritize our project to get our units up and going as quickly as possible! Will absolutely be calling them when the final unit comes in!
