I think it's time for some good news and positive feedback for a small business. A big absolutely positive shout out recommendation and thank you to Ramey Plumbing out of Liberty Indiana. Here's the story: I had dumped the horses' water trough to clean and scrub last night. Went to rinse and fill back up only to find -- no water. Talk about panic! Checked the circuit breaker--no problem there. The gauge on my water holding tank for my well read zero pressure and thus, no water. Luckily, I keep about 3 gallons drawn just in case there's a problem and boy did I have a problem! I called Ramey last night and left a message on their emergency line. Received a call back this morning at 7am saying they would be here this morning. Received another call at 10am saying they'd be here within the hour. Arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, replaced the gauge on the water holding tank and I am back in business with water! I have been their customer for over 15+ years and can't stress enough their professionalism, knowledge trustworthiness and reasonable in their fees.
All of the animals and staff say a big thank you to the guys for getting out to the Sanctuary so quickly. Great work and awesome people.
