What an incredible company. From beginning to end, their communication was amazing! They were quick and showed up when they said they would. Price is was great too. They went above and beyond and sent us multiple pictures and videos throughout the day. I highly recommend them. Several other local companies never even responded to my inquiries.
We are so amazed at Cross Cut Tree Service's level of service. We had a small tree transferred from one place in our yard to another. It had to be manually dug out. Jeremy, the guy on the job, came ontime and went to work. I can't get over how he put his head down and dug for 45 minutes straight! It was a really hard job and he did it expertly, moved the tree, fertilized it and watered it. Then, he cleaned up the sidewalk, replaced a few bricks in the bed that were dislodge and filled the hole. You can't even tell any work was done! We would highly recommend this team. They take pride in their work. By the way, Cross Cut please buy Jeremy a new Phone. ;-)
We had a great experience! The crew removed a large dead tree for us and all went well. We appreciated the quick response to getting a quote as well as keeping us in communication for a timeline when the project would take place. We were even sent a short video and some photos of the tree coming down. The price was fair and reasonable and we would definitely use them again!
