I use The Animal Den when I need my dog taken care of during short trips for work. I have a Neapolitan Mastiff and it is nice to know that they have experience with large breeds. I always add on play time while she is in their care to ensure she is getting socialization while I am away and try to end with a groom as well. She always comes home happy and healthy. I appreciate that they allow you to check in on your pet and also they give a summary of their time while in their care.
2nd or 3rd time being canceled less then 10 minutes before I’m suppose to arrive (6:52am), they only have one groomer so you book out far in advanced and then if you get canceled you’re out of luck.
Animal Den has been very nice to my Doodles and they’ve gotten great haircuts. It’s just very frustrating to schedule/get canceled.
This was the first time boarding our two dogs with Animal Den. We will most definitely be back - the employees were thorough and friendly at both drop off and pick up. I appreciated that they did an intake to learn about our dogs and had a recap at pick up. My dogs came home happy and tired and looked wonderful from their bath. Glad to have a great option so close to us.
