While Austin has always done a meticulous job of mowing, trimming, and edging (as well as fall clean up), he has really upped his game in the last couple years with the lawn treatment side of the business. He came by and did my lawn in September and a few weeks later it looks absolutely amazing!

You can see in the photos below my neighbors lawn vs mine today. Before he showed up mine was crunchy and dry, with bare patches everywhere.

His prices were super reasonable considering he aerated and applied seed for me. He was prompt, thorough, and personable.

Both of my neighbors have just booked him as well. Get on his schedule while you can!

Some of the other things I did:

Water deeply the night before to soften the lawn. Dethatch to remove dead material.
Apply fall fertilizer as soon as he was done.
Water like crazy.
Watch it grow!“
