I highly recommend this team. My heat went out unexpectedly on one of those insanely cold January days. I called a reputable company to come and inspect. After a quick assessment they assured me that the only solution was to replace my furnace, and that the earliest they could get to me was 3-4 days later. I called Jim Russell’s team for a 2nd opinion, and after 20 minutes, my furnace was working again and I’ve had no issues since. This team was thoughtful, careful and seriously impressed me with their problem-solving approach. They were kind, diligent, observant, and extremely helpful. Exactly the kind of reliability you need in such stressful situations.
Wanted to share my experience with Jim Russell plumbing, Heating and air. I would hands down recommend this company and I know that my family will always use them moving forward with all our needs. Tech that came out for the initial consult was professional, very nice and more importantly he was honest and fair about the pricing for our water heater. He came out on the install date and did a fantastic job. Jim Russell Plumbing is an outstanding local company and the tech we had was outstanding as well.
We have used Jim Russell for plumbing twice this year. Both times they responded quickly, came right away. Did a great job, cleaned up, and the price was fair. We will call them anytime we have a plumbing or HVAC repair need. Great company.
