They have an excellent appointment reminder process, they're responsive and flexible if needing to reschedule, and their employees are thoughtful and respectful in our home and they love on our dog and kids too!
We did hit an unfortunate snag with the wrong cleaner being used on high-end faucets and Becht sent their handyman to inspect to see if they could be repaired/refinished. Repair was not an option and they committed to replacing the faucet hardware. I think this speaks volumes to the company - people make mistakes, not a problem, but how does a company go about making it right? I can say that Becht blew us away with how they handled this and I am so happy to share our story because I know housecleaning is a very personal service which makes it hard to please everyone and we are truly grateful for their commitment to satisfaction.”
