We did hit an unfortunate snag with the wrong cleaner being used on high-end faucets and Becht sent their handyman to inspect to see if they could be repaired/refinished. Repair was not an option and they committed to replacing the faucet hardware. I think this speaks volumes to the company - people make mistakes, not a problem, but how does a company go about making it right? I can say that Becht blew us away with how they handled this and I am so happy to share our story because I know housecleaning is a very personal service which makes it hard to please everyone and we are truly grateful for their commitment to satisfaction.“
