Went today after seeing Tosh three times for his Shotty extraction. Tosh failed to tell me he left root tips in my jaw which dentists are required to tell you about. He referred me immediately to Dr Anderson (oral surgeon) who immediately removed them. He was honest and direct with me, while maintaining professionalism towards the dentist who screwed me over. Sometimes root tips are left in but the dentist is supposed to tell you in case infection arises. I had done bone that needed shaping and a fair amount of inflamed and infected tissue. Dr Cascione even called me tonight to make sure I was OK.
