Customers describe the team as excellent to work with, prompt, responsive, polite, professional, friendly, helpful, and kind. One customer reports that the team replaced ridge vents and cap shingles with higher-quality materials, including properly sized nails, after shingles had blown off twice, with outstanding workmanship and cleanup and fair pricing for the value provided. Another customer reports a call was returned with an estimate appointment within one day, an estimate email sent the same Friday, and new 6 inch gutters and down spouts with gutter leaf guards installed the following Friday after the old gutters were removed in approximately 45 minutes, with pricing that beat other companies by $3 to $5 a linear foot for the gutters alone. A customer with a leak after big storms reports the team came out 30 minutes after the call to take a look and got someone out the very next day to do the work. Customers report being really pleased with the new roof and gutters, efficient workers who cleaned up after finishing, and would gladly hire them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
