Just For Pets Place is a business that takes great care of its customers' pets. The staff, including a woman who is hard of hearing, are dedicated and show genuine affection towards the animals. They take the time to thoroughly groom each pet, such as brushing a service dog after a bath and carefully trimming nails. However, there have been some issues with appointment times being recorded incorrectly, resulting in customers missing their appointments. Despite this, the business is known for its excellent service and the pets who visit are well cared for.
Carol always does a great job with my English Cocker Spaniel! My dog and Carol seen in synch with one another. I’ve walked in, and have seen Carol, forehead to forehead with Cora, telling her how great of a girl she is, and I know this is coming from Carol’s heart, as she is hard of hearing. She can’t hear me enter the building, so I know she isn’t putting on a show for me. I know Cora is in great hands.
Did a great job on my dog and cat especially! Only issue was they kept having down the wrong appointment time. I wrote down the appointment time immediately after making it on the phone but then they would have a different time and I kept missing my appointment. One time the time was too early in the morning, I was still at work. A lady that kept answering was hard of hearing I think.
Brought my service dog in for his nails and the woman spent so long to brush him after my girlfriend washed him at home. He looks amazing and his nails are cut correctly without any bleeding!
