I can not begin to express my gratitude for the care and compassion the staff and Dr. John showed me and my Ares. Today I had to have my beautiful boy euthanized and they let me be with him every step of the journey. They treated him and me with compassion and care. Thank you for everything.
I WAS SO VERY IMPRESSED TODAY WITH THE STAFF AND THE DR WHO TOOK CARE OF MY 16 YO PET. SHE HAD EXPERIENCED A SEIZURE LAST NIGHT AND I FELT SHE NEEDED TO BE SEEN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I CALLED MY REGULAR VET AND THEY SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY TODAY. I HAD NEVER BEEN TO THIS OFFICE BUT CALLED AND THEY AGREED TO SEE US WITHIN 90 MINUTES. MY DOG WAS TREATED BY DR. LAWRENCE AND SHE WAS VERY GENTLE WITH MY GIRL AND ME. AT LEAST LILLY WAS SEEN BY A COMPETENT DR AND BABIED BY THE STAFF. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! I OBVIOUSLY NOW HAVE A NEW VET EVEN IF IT IS 20 MILES FURTHER.
Super great friendly affordable zero complaints here very informative. Also, they informed me on multiple things that my old vet did not. Do not go to Tri point veterinarian clinic in Hebron
