I truly believe the name "Indy Affordable Construction" couldn’t be more fitting. As an out-of-state investor, we bought a property in Indianapolis and hired Paul to take care of the renovations. Oh my god… I kept thinking, why didn’t I meet Paul before I bought the house? I could’ve negotiated a much better deal with his insight and expertise. For OOS investors like us, it’s hard — we can’t stay local, and we often lack the right connections. Buying, renovating, and managing a property remotely comes with a lot of challenges. I first contacted Paul a couple years ago to do some small jobs for me at my house, he did a very good job.I then contacted him to do a big job at my house. He is adding 2 extra bedrooms, doing egress window, adding an extra bathroom, shower, in my basement, finishing out my basement with new drywall, flooring, cam lights, adding more outlets for heating heating and air.I am very happy with the price and quality work so far and can’t wait to see the end result. He can do any type of job you need him to do. From construction, electrical, heating and air, to plumbing.
