I have to say best customer service i have encountered in a long time. Needed a lennox part i could not fine myself. I gave them the very little information I had. Jay took the info and said he would give me a call. 1 day later I got the call and I could come pick up the part. Amazing in my opinion. Most places now a days you would never hear from again. On top of that the front staff were all amazing and nice, working with me and my unusual work hours so I could pick up the part. I am Very impressed. If I do have a more difficult heatpump issue in the future I know who I'm calling.
Two years ago, Goins Tree Service took down a massive sycamore that had rotted out pretty much the entire length of the tree. It loomed over our garage and house and while I was sorry to see it go (it provided a beautiful backdrop to our home), it was a disaster waiting to happen. I should mention that several other tree companies had come out to look at the sycamore, but no one else would touch it (one service even ghosted us), because it was so very tall and large in diameter. Taking down that tree took 2+ days, but Goins did a masterful job. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it, from prep work to final clean-up, and they did it safely, efficiently, and with little to no disturbance of the surrounding area. We were so impressed by their work and professionalism. They even cleaned up after each day’s work, leaving very little evidence they’d been there.
