I have had nothing but exceptional service at Northshore. I recently went to a different location for a procedure and I was so nervous. The staff at my usual location Is terrific so I hoped it would be the same in Lake Station. I was greeted and helped by friendly front desk team. The nurse who took me back was not just kind but sincerely friendly. The doctor helped me feel at ease and took time to inform me before the procedure. I can’t recommend them enough!!
Went here to see the chiropractor since I needed one as close to home as possible and Dr. Trinidad did a great job. I felt a lot better once I was out the office and my back felt a lot better.
Overall I love the place go every week. My insurance ride does happen to drop me off early, but they managed to get me in early most of the time there are a few times where I’ve had to wait but that’s normal for a doctors office. Let’s be realistic.
