I've been seeing Dr. Winger for 5+ years and she's one of the best medical practitioners I've ever seen - which is a LOT of doctors because I have complex medical issues. She is pretty trauma-informed (communicates clearly about the treatment plan, what to expect, and where she is touching next), very kind and authentic, and has always made me feel safe as a queer and trans person and person with disabilities. She is also so responsive to patient needs and referral requests, prompt at filing insurance claims, and flexible with payment, such as invoicing rather than "pay at the time of service" upfront.
