I was very happy with the visit my daughter, and I, had at Urgent Dental Center & Family Dentistry. Dr. Britton and his assistant were very good with my daughter who has Selective Mutism and her anxiety is worse than usual. They put her at ease, talked to her and I, like they truly care. I would recommend this place for anyone. Especially those who have had bad experiences at the dentist before. I am happy that we have found a place we both are comfortable with.
This is my first visit to this office. Everyone here displayed excellent service, from the time of my first phone call, to the completion of my exam by the dentist, Dr. Britton. All employees, from the front desk, to the X-ray technician and the doctor himself, were pleasant and professional with me.
The office is spotless clean, the exam rooms give privacy. Even my first phone call was answered immediately, (by a real, live human!), and an appointment was scheduled for within 2 days. I happily look forward to being a patient here.
I pulled two crowns off at once with a Jolly Rancher! I called the office and got in right away the next morning! Crowns were cemented back in place and also was offered to have my teeth cleaned and Dr. Britian cleaned them himself! This was my first visit and it was great! They did not try to sell me new crowns which would have been very expensive! Very kind and honest staff! I will be going back for all if my dental needs in the future! Very impressed and thankful!
