We recently used Star Carpet Cleaning to clean 3 rugs in our home. The team was friendly, on time and professional. Afterward, I noticed a smell that concerned me, and Leo immediately stepped in to help. He was extremely responsive to my calls and texts, even after hours, and made our situation feel like a priority despite our very tight moving timeline. He went above and beyond to make things right. Star Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job! It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and they showed up on time. They were respectful and best of all, they have reasonable prices for the quality of work they did.
