I just started using Smith IPM for quarterly service and so far I’m impressed. Caleb came out to do the initial assessment and install of traps and he was able to find over 20 entry spots for rodents to use and closed them up from the outside.
We have used Smith IPM for several years now. They are always professional and very knowledgeable. They have always been on time, and have been very flexible with scheduling or rescheduling. Before leaving I am always told what was done and when it will be safe for my dogs to go outside. When we initially bought our house we had many spiders in our lower level of our house.
