I contacted a few roofers to come out and assess the roof because I had a couple of discolored spots on my ceiling. Most felt I should just replace the roof. Jeremy went in the attic, on top of the roof and found that there was no leak, sometimes crazy things happen that allow water to get in certain locations. I am monitoring it now but will certainly use Jeremy when it's time to actually replace the roof. The time and professionalism that he showed was very impressive. Would certainly recommend at least having him come out and take a look at your issue.
