Either things have really changed in the last 2 years, or the previous reviewer just didn't like her hair cut and decided to "fight back" with a really awful review. The salon itself is really neat. It's a historic building and the way its decorated honors the history of the building while still being clean and modern. I had a great experience with my hair cut. Kailey cut my hair. I made a dramatic change and she did an awesome job. As for the products, they were Redken which, in my opinion, are very high quality products. The price was beyond reasonable. I'll definitely be going back.
