I called Royal Plumbing at 8 am. They had an opening and were there at 10 am. They replaced the pressure relief valve on my hot water heater that was leaking. They also replaced the seal and flapper on a Kohler toilet. This required going to Menards to buy a new seal. Even with the shopping for parts, they were finished at 11:30 am. All for $200!! That included the parts - new pressure relief valve, new flapper, and seal for toilet. Unbelievable!!Very nice, clean cut father & son did the work. Very professional!! I couldn't be happier!

The Sunday before Thanksgiving our kitchen sink sprung a mysterious leak. Fortunately, I had a house full of very educated guests who all took a turn under the sink - but alas, the only conclusion drawn was that a plumber was needed. Monday, I reached out to Royal Plumbing and Brian, the owner, immediately answered the phone, said that he could help. It wasn't a true or even a distantly remote emergency for me so he said he hoped that Wednesday would be ok and that he would get back to me with a time. No problem.
