The team was professional and efficient. Aliza was very helpful and friendly in helping chose frames. Dr Xu explained the results and did a good examination. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs eye care
The staff were so friendly and helped us to understand everything our insurance did or didn’t cover. The Dr (I can’t remember who we actually saw) was so helpful in suggesting products that would help my daughter in her unique situation and seemed genuinely concerned about how my daughter’s vision had changed.
No doubt you surely already realize it but your Alezia is probably the best customer service person around this county! She makes me want to find a reason to come back. What a wonderful person! Thank you for having her out front with a true heart that is willing to assist in every way, large, and small. Please share this comment with her. SHE is a blessing!
