I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience in my life! Dr. Sammons was rude, disrespectful, and disgusting with my FIVE year old. She had her first appointment after consultation to look at one tooth that was bothering her. She had never had dental work done and when she came out she was crying, shaking, and screaming. They did not look the tooth I brought her there for, but put caps on two other teeth without my knowledge or ability to explain or comfort her before hand. She did not know what was happening or about the numbing sensation, etc. Dr. Sammons told her to, "Quit whining and crying!" She was scared to death! I have never in my life experienced such a terrible human being! Not to mention you can't be back there with them to see, hear, protect them! Lesson learned the hard way!
Took Olivia right in. She had a tooth filled and back out to me in 20 minutes. She said it was a good experience - not bad at all. Staff is so friendly and efficient. Other than the drive to Lafayette, ( we get to shop at Target) I give the experience a 10. We highly recommend.
