Horrible experience with the management.

I lived here for two years in an older apartment that already had several issues, including leaks, minor damages, and a refrigerator with broken shelves and mold/fungus when I moved in. I reported the refrigerator early on, but it was never properly replaced, and we had to clean and continue using it ourselves.

When I moved out, they charged me for several pre-existing issues, including the refrigerator, deducted my security deposit, and even asked for additional money. Very disappointing and unfair considering the condition of the apartment when I first moved in.

The rental business (Kay Lee LLC) was who I recently rented with for the school year. We were both surprised and disappointed by the condition of the house on the day we were to move in. We spent a lot of time and effort cleaning it up. We didn't like the way the landlord responded to our concerns and how they withheld part of our security deposit which we think was unfair and unjustified. This was a major added stressor for an already busy college student.
