Great beauticians if you know what you want! Very impressed with them even if my stylist is off on maternity leave. I'm getting old so I forgot the gals name who did my highlights and haircut. She was Awesome! Its always a win win here. You just have to communicate with them. 20 years never had an issue!

I used to love Jc Penny. Afterall, they were the first ones to listen to me and do the “weird hairstyle” no one else would. But after this latest experience, I had my worse ever haircut. It seemed okay at first but then some parts were curled, other straight, and there were three different lengths. I ended up needing to spend $20 for another stylist to fix me as this salon was an hour and a half away from me. Even the stylist who fixed it was ranting on how it should have been done.Services: Perms

My sister and I went to get our hair cut and colored and to say we walked out very please would be such an understatement. Amanda did absolutely amazing! She did not make us feel like a bother. She was patient and very kind. There was zero awkward silences! It took 6 hours for both of us and she did excellent with absolutely everything. Our self-care day was so relaxing! We will both definitely be back soon! Absolutely loved everything about our service!Services: Balayage
