I am incredibly grateful for J&T. I was stuck on 65 between Lebanon and Lafayette with a blown tire that couldn’t be swapped using tools at hand. It was 11pm Easter Sunday. I’m an AAA member but they couldn’t get to me for 5 hours, suggesting I call someone local instead. There was no one local! J&T was willing to drive 40 min from Lafayette to help me out. Pork Chop came to the rescue and was a real pro. I hope they upcharged the heck out of me because that tabs getting sent right back to AAA. Thanks J&T!
Ran into a soft edge with my skid steer. Not the best start to a work day. Called J &T and tried to explain the situation and they said they were more than happy to take a look. After navigating a tight squeeze between houses with the truck, they were able to engineer a two wench system to pull my skid steer out. This included one of the two professionals hopping in the skid steer while it risked rolling. Couldn’t be happier with the service and promptness so I can get back to work (away from the edge of course). Thank you!
We were traveling through Indiana and stopped at a gas station off the highway to fill up. While doing so, my dog locked us out of the car. We went in and bought a lockout kit and then saw a wonderful tow driver (farmer???) he walked over and helped my husband to unlock the jeep on his own time. He was the funniest and sweetest man and we were so blessed to run into him!He most definitely went above and beyond to provide great service to someone who was not even a customer but definitely would be in the future. I would highly recommend. Thanks again!
