Our toilets stopped flushing and were backing up into our tubs. two other local plumbers came out and insisted the septic tank must be failing, after another septic pump provider said they couldn’t locate the tank, and a crazy amount of time trying to find actual help… Kenneth at Ike’s showed up, found the tank, cleared a sizable blockage (that was seen but not fixed by the plumber) and gave our tank a quick inspection. Toilets are flushing, drains are clearing, and it took him 20 minutes tops. He was friendly, informative, and definitely knew what he was doing. We are so, so, so appreciative. Great work!
