One customer, who visited for the first time, appreciated the option to check-in online and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The stylist who cut their hair was easy to talk to and gave them the desired cut.

Another customer, who had previously tried over fifteen stylists from other salons, praised a specific stylist for being the only one who could correctly trim a small bald spot on the back of their head. They also liked the online check-in system and the discount offered to customers with a Purdue ID. However, they felt that the prices were a bit steep for a franchise and suggested that they offer better deals through emails.

A third customer was pleased with their haircut and appreciated that the staff allowed their little one to sit in a chair beside them. They found everyone to be nice and pleasant despite the business being busy.
