I'm very happy with this company. I had problems with my door operating properly since my area flooded August 12th. The service was prompt and the technician was very helpful. He had it up (and down) running great fast. I'm glad I chose Fairmount Doors.
I want to say that I would recommend this company for any type of garage door repair. The are very professional and knowledgeable. They worked until the job was done in the heat of the day.
The staff in the office and the two gentlemen that came to my house to measure and then install were great. Everyone is very friendly. The price was affordable and they let me pay half to order the door and the other half after installation. That was easy and helpful. However, they sent someone to check up on the measurements and he did not knock on my door to make me aware of his presence. I heard noises and a mans voice beside my living room window (which is beside my driveway) and it scared me. I peeked outside to see what was happening and he told me he was checking measurements and assumed I wasn't home. That wasn't a very pleasant feeling; hence the 4 star rating.
