Annual customer here for 5+ years. I've always had good experience with the optometrists, they are professional and knowledgeable. The paperwork and insurance co-payment processing is usually quick and painless. The glasses ain't cheap but you are getting a high quality product and excellent customer service. Puff puff test is easy, don't sweat it. Relax for the bright light shining in your eye, the doc needs to see your retina. This is the flagship location, lots of staff, but the eye group has several other locations in Tippecanoe County and nearby areas. Highly recommend.The mandatory eye photo is not covered by insurance and that is a legit frustration. However they keep the digital photos and those serve as documentation of eye condition and charts retinal stability or changes over time.

I have gone to this place for several years. However they are now requiring every patient to undergo a retinal eye exam procedure that is not covered by insurance. This exam is not required at other establishments and is not covered by insurance. Therefore, they are requiring patients to pay $39 annually for what is supposed to be a free eye exam according to my insurance. There are three of us that get eye exams and two that get glasses every year. We are going somewhere else. This is an interesting way to lose patients.
